Saleance is a consultancy company specialising in the search and selection of sales profiles and the building of sales networks.

 

About Our Client: 

For an Italian company leader in the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery for pasta production, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development in Germany, targeting medium to large clients operating in the food industry (fresh pasta, dry pasta, and snack production);
  • Managing in-field sales visits throughout the German territory;
  • Managing commercial negotiations, with the support of the technical and sales departments;
  • Maintaining and fostering long-term relationships with acquired clients for upselling and cross-selling.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in selling industrial plants, preferably production lines;
  • Native-level German language proficiency;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Strong determination to achieve targets and excellent negotiation skills;
  • Availability to visit clients throughout the German territory;
  • Availability to travel to Italy for initial training and sales meetings during the year.

 

Complementary Skills:

  • Knowledge of the industrial machinery sector for food production;
  • Good knowledge of the Italian language.
