About Our Client: 

For a global leading multinational company in the industrial safety sector, we are looking for a Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives to achieve significant business results;
• Building, training, and effectively managing a high-performing sales team, including setting clear performance metrics (KPIs) and supporting their activities;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors in Italy and Europe;
• Developing and managing sales budget plans, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring profitability.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

• Extensive sales experience within industrial B2B sectors, particularly with distributor channels;
• Proven track record of successfully leading, and mentoring sales teams;
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales processes;
• Fluency in English.

Complementary Skills:

• Knowledge of the industrial safety sector or related industries;
• Previous experience working within multinational companies;
• Strong leadership, management, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
